MRFC has two adult soccer programs. The U23 men’s and women’s competitive program is an adult amateur soccer league and is part of the Cascadia Premier League based in Washington and Oregon. Our Co-Ed Adult 7v7 Soccer Program is a low-key, no-pressure, recreational league for adults who want to dust off their cleats and have fun! The overwhelming response to this program required a bit of a program change before it even started, but we are rolling with it and will make adjustments and improvements as we go! We are very excited to offer both of these programs to the community.
The Cascadia Premier League (CPL) is a competitive men’s and women’s adult soccer league. The U23 program will further expand on our premier program while offering current premier players (18 and older) further opportunities to grow/develop as well as allowing MRFC alumni the opportunity to continue being a part of the MRFC family while continuing playing/representing the club.
The Cascadia Premier League consists of various teams throughout the Pacific Northwest and has installed a promotion and relegation system through the leagues levels. Stay tuned for more information.
Questions regarding the upcoming U23 season should be sent to U23 Women’s Coach, James Long or U23 Men’s Coach Jason Gjertsen
