Participating in Panther Robotics is not just about learning to build and program robots; it’s a gateway to developing critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative skills that are essential in the 21st century. Students who participate in Panther Robotics Workshop gain hands-on experience with real-world engineering challenges, learn the value of teamwork, and ignite a passion for innovation that can lead to exciting educational and career opportunities in STEM fields. It’s an adventure where the thrill of creation meets the joy of discovery, setting the stage for a lifetime of learning and achievement.
We are happy to share that the registration fees collected for our Panther Robotics Workshops are not just an investment in your child’s future, but also a contribution to the sustainability of our program. 100% of the profits are generously donated back to Panther Robotics, directly supporting the purchase of materials, tools, and equipment needed for future projects and competitions. This ensures that our members have access to the best resources, fostering an environment where creativity and engineering can flourish. Thank you for being a part of this worthy cycle of learning and giving!

Jason Vander Hoek, head coach of the Panther Robotics team at BLHS & our workshops rely on volunteers, specifically students, with a passion for STEM. Many of our Leads and Mentors come from the local High School Robotics Teams. These students get to showcase their skills and knowledge and lead the youth in the discovery of STEM in interesting and exciting ways. Our Workshops have been developed to build upon and grow the participant’s knowledge.
